Pricing can be negotiated based on the
simplicity of the subject. For a custom quote please
fill out the form below and e-mail your picture(s) to pencilportrait@gmail.com
Request Quote / Order Form
| Order Process |
| 1. Order form is completed and Image is sent to Nate |
| 2. You will receive a customized quote for your image within 2 business days |
| 3. Upon approval of quote work will begin on your portrait. |
| 4. When portrait is completed (usually a week) a preview link is e-mailed to you with an invoice and payment instructions. (Check, MO, Paypal, Cash are accepted). |
| 5. When payment is received your portrait will be shipped to you. |

Sending Files
E-Mail:
Files may be e-mailed to pencilportrait@gmail.com.
Please include your name in the subject and body of the e-mail. If you
have a few pictures you would like to choose from you may send them over
and ask for my opinion.
Traditional Mail:
If you need to send images via traditional mail please e-mail
me and I will give you the address to send them to. Pictures will
be returned when the portrait is completed.

Shipping
Artwork will be shipped anywhere in the world. Shipping will be included
on the invoice and must be paid before the portrait is shipped. I ship
using USPS unless you
request otherwise. Portraits will be shipped matted, with a backer board,
and bubble wrapped to protect your artwork.
