Q: How long will my portrait drawing take?

A: Our pencil, charcoal, and pencil sketch portraits normally take around 2 weeks to complete depending on how busy we are at the time. If you need your portrait by a specific time simply let us know and we will let you know if we will be able to complete it by your requested date.

A Cartoon Portrait Drawing usually only takes around a week to complete.

Q: Can I Order a Custom Size?

A: Absolutely, we only offer sizes on our quote request form as recommendations. These are the standard sizes for frames and mattes. If you need a custom size portrait drawing simply let us know the dimensions and we will make it to that size!

Q: How much will my Portrait Drawing cost?

A: Aside from our Cartoon Portrait Drawing Packages we do not have set pricing. This is because all portraits are different and will require different amounts of time to complete based on the complexity of the drawing. Q: How do I care for my Portrait?

A: A basic recommendation is that if you are comfortable, your portrait will be too! Keep your portraits cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. We use acid free materials so they will resist yellowing and fading.

A matte is recommended for your portrait and is included with every order. This keeps the portrait out of direct contact with the frame and glass. If you are cleaning your framed portrait make sure to spray cleaner on the rag, not the frame. Excess cleaner can work its way behind the glass and ruin your portrait.
